Abrasive Cleaning and Texturizing

In the process of Abrasive cleaning and texturizing, you use a number of different media's. Some of those media's are Star Blast, Oxides (fine & course) Glassbeads, Baking Soda, Black Beauty and some Steel Shot, as in the pictures shown below.

The first picture, are some pipe races that just simply needed the mill scale removed.

In the second picture, we have a roll that will be used to roll steel. This roll has been ground to a perfect size and was sent to us for a specific RA before hard chroming.

In the third picture, we have a rubber mold that was sent to be cleaned, but not to destroy the finish.

In the fourth picture, we have a new mold that has been machined and now has been blasted to polish and cosmetically make it uniform.

In the fifth picture, we have a 15" screw that has been repaired with new flights and blasted to cleanup and look virtually new.
